ZH-50 Semi Automatic Vertical Cartoning Machine Food Cartoning Machine Toilet Soap Cartoning Machine
Vertical Cartoning Machine is mechanically driven, intermittent motion vertical cartoner, it is suitable for packaging cosmetic and pharmaceutical products that require vertically loading into a carton at speeds of up to 40 cartons per minute.
The standard pre-glued cartons is pulled via vacuum from the carton supply magazine.
The bottom of the carton is closed by tuck-in or hot-melt closure methods, after closure the carton is then transfered (vertically) to the product loading area.
The products can be manually loaded into carton vertically, operators can stand or sit while loading at the ergonomically designed hand loading area, it also can adopts automatic feeding systems (optional).
After loading, the top of the carton is closed, tuck-in or hot-melt closure methods are available.
At he end of the machine, the completed cartons is then automatically discharged from the machine to a convoyer.
The machine can connect with other subsequent packaging equipments, such as Overwrapper, Case Packer, etc., to form a complete packaging line.
