Imported photoelectric track from Korea, suitable for filling materials with high viscosity or bad fluidity.The machine integrates electric and pneumatic functions into one , with electric heating for the hopper and tube, also assembled with mixing functions.The whole machine is with easy cleaning, convenient operation and conforms to GMP standard.
Feature:
Based on the theory of time control measurement, the required filling measurement is determined by the opening and closing time of pneumatic valve. It is suitable for bottle shape filling production in different industries, such as water agent, pharmaceutical, strong corrosive liquid (such as color bleaching liquid, 84 liquid, toilet cleaning liquid, bleaching liquid, daily chemical, pesticide) and other industries. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, no leakage, photoelectric detection, no bottle and no filling.
